These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk668 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk668 website located at https://pk668.cam and all associated services, content and features ("Platform Services").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

pk668 is an online gaming information and services platform. We do not claim that online gambling is legal, approved, licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. It is each user's sole personal responsibility to understand and comply with all laws applicable to them, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or similar incentives credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any real-money funds transferred by you into your Account via an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Platform in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform Services" means all games, betting markets, content, tools, promotions and features made available through the pk668 website.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions listed on the Platform's restricted-countries policy.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion and any other player-protection controls available on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a game, event or market through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

To open and maintain an Account on pk668, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence or the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. Pakistani users must independently assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation.
3. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, imposed by this Platform or any other gambling operator.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
5. You do not reside in a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms and as updated on the Platform from time to time.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by pk668 for breach of these Terms or any related policy.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time deemed necessary by the Platform:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and registered mobile number).
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension. pk668 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a user's failure to provide the required documentation.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pk668 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that when using the Platform you will at all times:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Keep your Account login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify pk668 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Accept that all decisions made by pk668's game servers and systems are final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• Acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that past outcomes do not predict future results.
• Not use the Platform if you are currently experiencing gambling-related harm or are attempting to recover funds previously lost through gambling.

The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. pk668 does not guarantee any outcome, return or profit from the use of the Platform Services. All games and betting markets carry a house edge or margin, the details of which are disclosed in the relevant game or market rules.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through the cashier section of your Account. The Platform supports a range of payment methods relevant to Pakistani users, including locally familiar digital wallets and bank transfer options. The availability of specific payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is determined solely by the operator and is subject to change. The mention of these services on pk668 does not imply that any such institution endorses or supports gambling in any way.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. Completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.
2. Fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
3. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
4. Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers may take up to five (5) business days. Digital wallet withdrawals are typically faster but are not guaranteed to be instantaneous.
5. pk668 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount where fraud or money laundering concerns exist.

From time to time, pk668 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions and other incentives to new and existing users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus Funds that expire prior to fulfilment of the Wagering Requirement will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published on the relevant promotion page. Live sports betting on events such as PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and international football may carry different contribution rates than casino games.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, email address or payment method.
• pk668 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Wagering Requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, third-party bonus-hunting services or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of any bonus balance and may result in Account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk668 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited in whole or in part, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating or using more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including poker, live dealer games or sports betting exchanges.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from pk668.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including arbitrage betting and matched-betting strategies using bonus funds.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, layer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through pk668's official support channel.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

pk668 is committed to promoting safe, responsible and controlled gambling. We provide a range of Responsible Gambling Tools that users may activate at any time through the Account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering will be restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. You will receive an on-screen alert when your limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of six months or longer are treated as permanent by default. During any self-exclusion period, marketing communications will be suppressed.

All content available on the pk668 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of pk668 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited personal licence to view and use Platform content solely for the purpose of using the Platform Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pk668.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any game software or Platform technology.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks or labels on Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk668, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, pk668 is not liable for:

• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activities conducted through the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including server outages, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other third-party financial institution.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk668's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk668 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

pk668 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Responsible Gambling Policy has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity.
• The Platform is required to do so by law, court order or direction from a regulatory authority.
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable legal, financial or reputational risk to pk668.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk668 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

pk668 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via a prominent on-site notification or by email to the address registered on your Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time these Terms are revised. We recommend checking this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact pk668 support in writing and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved amicably. pk668 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

Pakistani users are expressly reminded that the Platform does not operate under any licence granted by a Pakistani authority, and that no representation is made that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
