This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how pk668 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects the personal data of individuals ("User", "you", "your") who access or use the pk668 website located at https://pk668.cam and all associated Platform Services.

pk668 is committed to handling your personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. This Policy is intended to give you a clear understanding of what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have in relation to it.

By creating an Account on pk668, making a deposit or otherwise using our Platform Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, you should not use the Platform.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Personal Data" means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, email address, date of birth, IP address and payment details.

• "KYC Data" means identity and address verification documents and information collected as part of the Know Your Customer process.
• "Cookies" means small text files placed on your device by the Platform to enable certain functionality and collect usage information.
• "Sensitive Data" means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, biometric data or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

pk668 collects personal data through several channels, including account registration, identity verification, platform usage and customer support interactions. The categories of data we collect are set out in the table below.

We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Data as defined in Section 2 unless explicitly required for KYC compliance under applicable anti-money laundering legislation. Where such data is collected, it is handled with the highest level of care and access is strictly limited.

pk668 processes your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — including operating your Account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and delivering Platform Services.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, fraud prevention requirements and regulatory reporting duties.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing that serves our legitimate business interests, such as improving Platform security, preventing fraud, conducting analytics and managing our business — where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, primarily in relation to direct marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

pk668 processes your personal data for the following specific purposes:

1. Account Management: Creating, maintaining and securing your Account, including authentication, password reset and access control.
2. Identity Verification: Conducting KYC checks to verify your identity and age, and to fulfil our anti-money laundering obligations.
3. Transaction Processing: Processing deposits and withdrawals through supported payment channels. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are used as contextual payment identifiers only — none of these institutions are data processors for pk668 unless a separate data-processing agreement exists.
4. Responsible Gambling Monitoring: Analysing gameplay patterns, deposit behaviour and session data to identify potential indicators of problem gambling and to enforce Responsible Gambling Tool limits set by users.
5. Fraud Prevention and Security: Monitoring for suspicious activity, detecting multi-accounting, and protecting the Platform against fraudulent transactions and technical exploitation.
6. Customer Support: Responding to your enquiries, resolving disputes and managing complaint records.
7. Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications and platform updates where you have provided consent to receive such communications.
8. Analytics and Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated usage data to understand how users interact with the Platform and to improve the quality, performance and relevance of our services.
9. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Retaining records as required by applicable law and cooperating with legitimate requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

pk668 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients in the circumstances described:

• Service Providers (Data Processors): Third-party vendors engaged to provide services on our behalf, including KYC verification providers, payment processing intermediaries, cloud hosting infrastructure, fraud detection tools and customer support platforms. All such providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.
• Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: Where we are required by applicable law, court order or legitimate regulatory request to disclose personal data, we will do so. We will endeavour to notify you of such disclosure where legally permitted.
• Fraud Prevention Agencies: Information may be shared with recognised fraud prevention and anti-money laundering services where necessary to prevent financial crime.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of the pk668 business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. pk668 operates internationally and your personal data may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, please note that your data may be processed on servers located outside Pakistan. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to such cross-border transfers as necessary to provide the Platform Services.

pk668 retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide you with Platform Services, or to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to any identifiable individual. Where anonymisation is not technically feasible, data will be rendered inaccessible and scheduled for deletion at the earliest practicable opportunity.

pk668 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our site. They help us remember your preferences, maintain your login session and understand how users interact with our content.

We use the following categories of cookies:

• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest, including KYC documentation and financial records.
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorised staff with a documented legitimate business need.
• Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure.
• Automated anomaly detection and intrusion prevention systems monitoring for unusual access patterns.
• Multi-factor authentication available for user Accounts and mandatory for internal administrative access.

Despite these measures, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, pk668 will notify you without undue delay and take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the breach.

Subject to the data protection laws applicable to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to exercise one or more of the following rights in relation to your personal data held by pk668. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

1. Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, together with information about the purposes for which it is processed, the categories of data involved and the recipients to whom it has been disclosed.
2. Right to Rectification: If you believe that any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct it without undue delay.
3. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request that we delete your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent and no other legal basis for processing exists, or where the data has been processed unlawfully. This right is subject to our legal retention obligations.
4. Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while the accuracy of the data is being verified or while an objection to processing is being assessed.
5. Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you may request that we provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
6. Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, subject to our being able to demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
7. Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making: Where we make decisions about you solely by automated means that produce a legal or similarly significant effect, you have the right to request human review, to express your point of view and to contest the decision.

We will respond to all valid rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it within the initial thirty-day period. We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

The pk668 Platform is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect, use or store the personal data of any person below the applicable minimum age.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems and to close the associated Account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child may have registered an Account on pk668 or provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14 so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

pk668 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable legislation or Platform Services. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated with each revision.

Where changes are material — for example, where we introduce a new purpose for processing your data or change the categories of third parties with whom we share your information — we will provide advance notice via a prominent on-site notification or by email to the address registered on your Account, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should close your Account before the effective date.
